Passionate About Inspiring Others

I am passionate about inspiring you to be the best you can be.  I do this by helping you understand the way you are wired and then equip you with the tools to understand others.

Coaching can help you to:

  • Choose a career

  • Understand how you best learn and study

  • Build and maintain relationships.

  • Understand your motivations.

  • Develop your business and the teams you manage.

The Coaching Process

STEP 1

Discover

Using the Gallup Strengths Assessment, you discover who you are and what is great about you!!

STEP 2

Discuss

Once you have completed the assessment, then it is time to discuss what you have discovered and how you can use your Strengths to accomplish your goals, achieve your dreams, and relate to others

STEP 3

Develop

Strengths is not just about knowing who you are and what your Strengths are, it is also about developing yourself and ensure that you can use your Strengths must effectively, as an individual, in a relationship, or in a team.

STEP 4

Deploy

It is important that this is not just an academic exercise; it is essential that you can set goals and deploy what you have learnt on a day-to-day basis. Coaching helps you apply what you have been learning and implement strategies for success.

I met with Carolyn to prepare for a job interview.  Carolyn’s coaching identified and confirmed strengths I knew I had but could never quite find the right language to express them with.  There were so many eureka moments where Carolyn would be describing my strengths and it felt like she was describing me!  I walked away not only confident that I could talk about myself and my strengths in an interview (something I find hard to do!) but also with a greater understanding of who I am.

Kate Madsen
Director

Being a small business, understanding the inherent strengths of each staff member is vital to ensure everyone feels valued and operates within their top five strengths wherever possible. Carolyn has undertaken both team and individual sessions for us, and from this we have been able to increase our team based approach. As a director, I have begun to understand how to use strengths-based principles in allocating jobs, client liaison and inter-staff relations. Carolyn’s coaching style is positive, energising and thought-provoking. I would not hesitate in recommending her services for anyone seeking to both understand and grow their business – recognising that the greatest asset any enterprise has is its people.

Intake Coordinator

“I want to thank you Carolyn for teaching me a different way of seeing my strengths in a way I never had heard or seen ever. I was surprised to learn how every strength described my way of work to a ‘T’. We also had a team session with Carolyn where we learnt how each of our strengths can work well together and how we can “borrow” strengths from each other to make us work stronger and better as a team.”
